The Opportunity
This opportunity is Full Time Fixed Term role opportunity from January until December 2025 and is classified as an Allied Health Professional under the Victorian Stand-Alone Community Health Centres Allied Health Professionals Enterprise Agreement 2022-2026.

Occupational Therapy
As an Occupational Therapist at IPC Health, you will work with people across the life span, with adults making up most of your caseload. Your day will involve completing assessments at the client’s home and working with them towards their functional goals. You will provide interventions including assistive technology and home modification prescription, and deliver education to our clients, their families, and their carers, engaging with a wide range of stakeholders. You may also work with clients in the Lifestyle Integrated Functional Exercise (LiFE) Program and there is opportunities to be involved in group based multi-disciplinary interventions such as falls prevention, social connectedness and carer support.
Physiotherapy
Your typical day involves assessing and managing a variety of clients including musculoskeletal, orthopaedic and reduced mobility and falls clients in a clinic setting. You may also be involved in running a variety of groups including hydrotherapy, gym based, spinal and GLAD groups. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to offer holistic care to address and achieve your client’s goals. New Graduates will also be part of Physiotherapy team PD events that run quarterly and monthly grade 1 tutorials to support junior Physiotherapists improve their practice with experienced physiotherapists.
Podiatry
As a graduate podiatrist at IPC Health, you will join our team of highly experienced Podiatrists working to provide timely, person-centred interventions to maintain foot health & prevent deterioration of foot health. You will work within both general and high-risk foot clinics, and be exposed to wound care management, nail surgery, prescribing orthotics and offloading products. You will be joining a high functioning service and be a valuable member of the multidisciplinary team. You will receive supervision and mentoring from highly experienced podiatrists and work across multiple sites.
Speech Pathology (Child Health Team)
Develop your skills and experience within a multidisciplinary Child Health Team! As a Graduate Speech Pathologist, you will work closely with children from birth to school entry, learning to assess and enhance their language, speech, and communication skills. In this role, you will implement client-centred and holistic interventions that address the needs and priorities of children and their families. Collaborating with a diverse team of OTs, Child Psychologists, Audiologist, and Allied Health Assistants, you will deliver services both within the clinic and through occasional outreach visits to early childhood centres.
You will make a difference by
- Working collaboratively with the allied Health Team to plan service delivery for the communities we serve within the Brimbank (St Albans, Sunshine and Deer Park), Hobsons Bay (Altona Meadows) and Wyndham (Hoppers Crossing, Wyndham vale) LGAs.
- Implementing interventions that will address the needs and priorities of the clients.
- Delivering services in a variety of formats including clinical, telehealth, individual and group.
- Reflecting, evaluating, and modifying services to enhance outcomes.
To succeed, you will need:
- Graduate or post-graduate degree in Occupational Therapy, Podiatry or Physiotherapy
- Emerging ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team to provide evidence-based services for adults and children.
- Willingness to learn and be supported by senior clinicians and colleagues.
- Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- An ability to actively engage clients and their families in service provision.
- Current and valid Victorian Working with Children’s Check and driver’s licence.
