Within this diverse role, you will be showcasing your exceptional customer service and administrative skills in providing support to other IPC Health services as well as opportunities to be part of projects as required. You will apply your technical knowledge in using client management systems such as Trak Care, Best Practice and Titanium.  While the positions are based at St. Albans and Sunshine locations, you may be required to work at any other of our campuses.This position is classified under the Victorian Stand-Alone Community Health Services (Health And Allied Services, Managers And Administrative Officers) Multiple Enterprise Agreement 2018-2022. About YouYou will have a minimum of 2 years customer service experience within the medical, community, dental and/or health environment with a strong client focus.  You also have demonstrated capabilities working in a high-pressure, fast paced environment.  Demonstrated high level experience in administration and computer skills are required. With your excellent communication skills, you will be able to build rapport effectively with clients as well as stakeholders.
