The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced P&C Business partner to enable a client group of clinical and non-clinical employees to succeed in their role and facilitate the implementation of the Workforce Strategy 2025-2030. Success in this role is being viewed as an effective strategic partner to members of the leadership team, to drive performance, innovation and employee engagement.
What you’ll be doing
- Strengthening the "HR foundations" expectation: policy/process ownership, compliance frameworks, and continuous improvement of people practices and employee experience.
- Getting the HR foundations right, policies processes and compliance frameworks are effectively implemented and continuously improved. Collaborate across P&C to continuously improve people practices, systems and employee experience
- Managing employee relations and complex people matters hands on end to end, including performance management, investigations, disciplinary processes and case management.
To succeed you will need
- Degree level qualification in Human Resources
- Proven team player with a friendly nature and commitment to building robust relationships
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar level role
- Experience on leading industrial relations, employee relations, Workcover and performance related matters
- Extensive experience interpreting Enterprise Agreements and exposure to unionised environments
