The majority of time in the office will be spent at our Sunshine and Deer Park campuses, with (on average) at least two days a week working from home (generally Mondays and Fridays).Part Time opportunity 0.8 FTE (4 days per week) + Fixed Term until 30 Jan 2026 (Long Service Leave replacement).Start as soon as you’re available; at the latest 1 June 2025.0.8 FTE pro rata salary is equivalent to $82,393 annually (based on $52.12 per hour) + 11.5% super + salary packaging benefitsClassified Grade HS5 under the Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Stand-Alone Community Health Services (Multi Employer) Enterprise Agreement 2022 - 2026).The types of projects you’ll work on might include:Write client case studies for our website or funder presentations and supervise a photo shoot to align with content you’ve written for the Annual ReportDraft the CEO’s newsletter and Town Hall talking pointsUpdate an intranet SharePoint page to promote internal program referralsPrepare a media release for the launch of a new program location and sending out via Meltwater; liaising with journalists to ensure media coverage aligns with key messagesCreate social media content in Canva recruiting new clients for our services; schedule and post via Hootsuite; evaluate ROI and summarise results for the Board reportPrepare a PowerPoint presentation on a program’s quarterly Comms Plan; present to internal clients; implement across owned, earned and paid channelsUse PowerBI and Excel to analyse internal client data and ABS data to derive insights for a campaign briefTo effectively complete this diverse range of projects will require relevant experience and technical skills, but more importantly, the ability to manage competing priorities and a can-do, problem-solving attitude. You may not have previously undertaken every type of project in this role, but because you have a proven track record of going above and beyond, you’ll see every challenge as an opportunity to have a go and explore what’s possible.
