The Opportunity
Join IPC Health as a Marketing Performance Lead and play a critical role in strengthening our marketing capability and performance.
In this role, you will be accountable for the coordination, performance oversight and evaluation of IPC Health’s multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid, earned and owned media. You will translate data and insights into clear recommendations, ensuring campaigns are optimised and aligned to organisational strategy.
You will work under the direction of the Manager, Brand & Digital Impact, providing guidance and decision support to marketing team members to deliver integrated, high-performing campaigns and continuously improve outcomes.
This is a full-time ongoing role based across our campuses, with flexibility to work from home.
Salary: $105,565 p.a. + 12% super + salary packaging
Classification: Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Stand-Alone Community Health Services MEA 2022â2026), Level 5
Start: No later than 1 August 2026; sooner depending on availability

The types of projects you’ll deliver impact:
- Coordinate delivery of multi-channel campaigns across paid, earned and owned media
- Lead KPI tracking and ROI analysis
- Translate insights into optimisation strategies
- Provide advice on performance trends and risks
- Ensure quality and consistency of campaign frameworks and outputs
- Oversee earned media activity
- Align campaigns to organisational strategy
- Build stakeholder understanding of marketing impact
To excel in this role, you’ll leverage your strategic marketing leadership and stakeholder management skills to support IPC Health in maximising marketing ROI across owned, earned and paid channels, both internal and external. You will bring a can-do attitude, and view every challenge as an opportunity to proactively solve problems, supporting the Manager, Brand & Digital Impact.
To be successful in this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar
- 8â10 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience managing direct reports
- Strong analytics capability (GA, Meta, Power BI, etc.)
- Strong M365 capability (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- CMS experience (WordPress, Craft, SharePoint)
- Strong AI literacy
- Strong integrated marketing knowledge
- Ability to translate insights into action
- Strong stakeholder engagement
- High attention to detail and proactive mindset
Desirable:
- Experience outlining the scope, content and format for marketing dashboards, particularly in PowerBI
- Familiarity with performance management frameworks to lead, mentor and coach small teams
- Demonstrated expertise in measuring and delivering outstanding ROI
