Commissioned by the Victorian Department of Health, the consortium provides range of COVID-19 response activities in testing, vaccination and community engagement.As Lead Agency, IPC Health is central to the success of the COVID-19 Collaborative.We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the C-19 RTR -Testing and Engagement which will support and co-ordinate operations: Senior Clinical Lead reporting to the Executive Program Lead, coordinating and leading clinical support, training, clinical governance and work health and safety for all METT and OST members. Full Time Fixed Term (special project) until 31st December 2021 Classified under the Nurses and Midwives Victorian Public Sector Agreement 2016-2020You will make a differenceProviding clinical support to the site Team Leaders and their teams at testing sites and locations â including IPC Health & consortium partner testing teams.Oversee and coordinate training and induction of (new) staff in respect to all aspects of safety and clinical processes.Ensure site related clinical and safety related risk is identified and managed in consultation with team leadsEnsure clinical governance procedures in place at host agencies are consistent with standards and matched to COVID-19 safety requirementsManage incident reporting and lead incident reviews as required.Manage overarching relationship and pathology workflow between testing sites, pathology providers and results notification.Key contact for pathology results notification, enquiries and notifications to and from consortium partner clinical leads.Provide high level support and provision of reports and/or data to the Executive Project Lead as required.Effective stakeholder engagement and relationship management. You will succeedBy having relevant clinical working experience and qualifications in a health environment.Demonstrated strong leadership within a clinical environment to ensure safe workingStrong working knowledge and experience in clinical governance and ability to identify and effectively manage clinical risks.High level of interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.Strong ability to be highly adaptable and lead with initiative.Aptitude in technical skills including Microsoft Office suite and client management systems.
