Commissioned by the Victorian Department of Health, the consortium provides range of COVID-19 response activities in testing, vaccination and community engagement.As Lead Agency, IPC Health is central to the success of the COVID-19 Collaborative.We currently have a very exciting opportunity to join the C-19 RTR -Testing and Engagement which will support and co-ordinate operations:  You will make a difference byProviding administrative support to the Senior Executive LeadLead a team of administrators to coordinate all administration support needs for the RTR - Testing and Engagement.Providing administrative support for the planning of internal and external testing teams including assignments across the teamsAssisting the Clinical Lead with workflow process including clinical reporting and timely administrative follow upLiaising with stakeholders to ensure appropriate invoicing and billing from consortium partners.Ordering PPE and supplies for the RRT team when required.Any other duties that commensurate with skills and abilities as deemed reasonable and appropriate to the role as occasionally directed. To succeed you will needRelevant qualifications and work experience in a similar roleDemonstrated experience in senior administrative positions in medical/health related environmentsDemonstrated initiative in project management and problem solving skillsStrong ability to be highly adaptableHigh level of organisations skills and aptitude with Microsoft Office and suite client management systems What next? If you are passionate, creative and want to make a difference, we want to hear from you.
