Work location is flexible however there will be occasions where you will need to visit testing sites, meet with service leaders and attend on-campus locations across Melbourne's west, our head office is based in Deer Park. We support our people with remote-enabled technology so that you can work anywhere you need to.Play a pivotal support in our ongoing Rapid Response Testing initiative and C19 vaccination rollout for our community. Partnering closely with the rapidly changing C19 Response portfolio and broader People and Culture team, you will take lead in guiding services towards exceptional outcomes by developing external partnerships, identifying and addressing workforce gaps and securing talent pipelines for rapid workforce deployment.  This role is classified as an Administrative/Management Officer Grade 4 at $83,657.60 per annum, under the Victorian Stand-Alone Community Health Services (Health And Allied Services, Managers And Administrative Officers) Multiple Enterprise Agreement 2018-2022.You will make a difference byPartnering with C19 service leaders to build internal and external strategic partnerships, analyse and respond to changing workforce needs to deliver exceptional C19 workforce outcomesProactively identifying and responding to new and emerging strategic issues impacting C19 workforce planning and rosteringSupporting and facilitating all employee lifecycle functions from joining work, workforce management and leaving workProviding exceptional customer service to IPC Health’s stakeholders throughout all of People and Culture’s shared service activities such as reporting, compliance monitoring, query resolution and ad-hoc project managementTo succeed, you will needTertiary qualification in Human Resources or equivalent on-the-job experienceDemonstrated experience with workforce planning, rostering and/or process development and designStrong interpersonal and relationship management skills capable of establishing trust, credibility and reliability to effectively coach, develop and influence inspiring leadership behaviour at all levelsA solution-oriented mindset, and attention to detail and problem solving skillsWhat next?If you are passionate, creative and want to make a difference, we want to hear from you!
