You will make a difference by

  • Being a registered health professional with experience in Operations and Governance
  • Tertiary qualified in a nursing or healthcare field
  • Providing clinical leadership across the C19 Vaccine Outreach Support Team Network
  • Provide clinical support to the site Clinical Leads and their teams at C19 Vaccine Hubs
  • Have a strong working knowledge and background experience in clinical governance and ability to identify and effectively manage clinical risks.
  • Work with C-19 partners to ensure that clinical governance procedures are consistent with State Government Vaccine guidelines and other guidance and standards.
  • Work as an interface with DoH and other relevant stakeholders
  • Provide high level support and provision of reports and/or data to the Executive Program Lead as required

To succeed you will need

  • Demonstrated clinical operational leadership experience
  • A demonstrated ability to thrive in rapidly changing environments and effectively manage situations that may involve competing priorities
  • The capacity to nurture stakeholder relationships both internal and external, adopting a consultative approach
  • Proven time management and exceptional communication skills
