Within this role, you will be providing strong organisational and administrative support to enable IPC Health to provide high quality service to clients. As part of service delivery requirements, you will provide responsive reception services to clients, staff and external stakeholders including answering phone calls, ensuring a  positive and effective relationship and lines of communication. Another key aspect of the role involves administrative duties including accurate data entry of client information via various Client Management Systems (ie Best Practice), ensuring all clients who attend a COVID19 testing site receive their results in a timely manner a well as management of client health data and records such as client registration and general file maintenance procedures. Based at our Deer Park and Wyndham Vale Campuses, this opportunity is Part Time Fixed Term (Special Projects) until 24th December 2021 at $30.00 per hour (above award). The role is classified as a Clerical Worker Grade C Year 5 under the Victorian Stand-Alone Community Health Services (Health And Allied Services, Managers And Administrative Officers) Multiple Enterprise Agreement 2018-2022.About YouWith a strong administrative and customer service background in the medical or health related environment, you will be highly skilled in building rapport with clients and managing challenging behaviours. You have demonstrated capacity to work under pressure within a fast paced role, with strong attention to detail. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you can work effectively work within a team.
