As a Dietitian, you will help our community choose healthy foods to stay well and manage their health conditions. Using your expert knowledge in food and nutrition, you will help our community reach their goals to better manage their care. This role is classified under the Victorian Community Health Sector (Audiologists, Dietitians, Pharmacists & Psychologists) Multi-Employer Enterprise Agreement 2018–2021.About YouYou will be an experienced Dietitian or starting your career with a passion to work within the community health sector. With your working experience, you will demonstrate the ability to effectively develop, implement and evaluate primary care services and health promotion activities, with a focus on evidence based practice. You will possess well-developed or strong knowledge and expertise in one or more of the areas of clinical nutrition, nutrition education, health promotion, nutritional support, paediatrics or rehabilitation. Your communication and interpersonal skills will be at the highest standard, enabling you to be a team player within a multidisciplinary environment.
