The Diabetes Educators work within a social model of health and with the broader team to address identified problems with clients.About YouWe are seeking a Credentialed Diabetes Educator, or working towards status through the ADEA credentials program.  You will have excellent communication, negotiation, organisational and time management skills. You will also have a strong understanding and commitment to the principles of community health and have the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
