Within this varied role, you will be providing responsive reception services to clients, staff and external stakeholders.  As part of service delivery requirements, you will provide telephone answering in a timely and efficient manner, email correspondence as well as deliver strong organisational and administrative support. The role also involves administrative duties including accurate data entry of client information via various Client Management Systems (ie Best Practice).  Ensuring that all clients who call or email for a COVID vaccination are booked in line with the NWMPHN guidelines.  Effective management and coordination of queries and complaints are to be addressed together with the Practice Manager.  Based at our Deer Park and Wyndham Vale Campuses, this opportunity is Full Time Fixed Term (Special Projects) until 24th December 2021 at $29.07 per hour. The role is classified as a Clerical Worker Grade C Year 5 under the Victorian Stand-Alone Community Health Services (Health And Allied Services, Managers And Administrative Officers) Multiple Enterprise Agreement 2018-2022.About YouWith a strong reception, administrative and customer service background in the medical or health related environment, you will be highly skilled in building rapport with clients and managing challenging behaviours. You have demonstrated capacity to work under pressure within a fast paced role, with strong attention to detail. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you can work effectively work within a team.
