This role will see you provide highly efficient and organised administrative support for the C19 Vaccination Hub to assist the clinical Nurse Immunizers, Registered Nurses and the Senior Nurse Lead. The C19 Vaccinations program requires a high standard of attention to detail, client care and service, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.This position is classified under the Victorian Stand-Alone Community Health Services (Health And Allied Services, Managers And Administrative Officers) Multiple Enterprise Agreement 2018-2022. About youYou will have demonstrated administration experience, ideally within a GP or hospital environment. In addition, your working experience enables your capacity to work collaboratively with diverse communities providing social support. Attention to detail and a proactive health and safety focus is a must. You will be able to work in a culturally appropriate and safer manner when interacting with diverse and disadvantaged groups. You are a highly adaptive team player with the ability to work within fast paced environments.
