The role involves engaging with residents and operators in a supportive and educational capacity in COVID 19 preparedness. In addition to participating in residential site visits to increase engagement with residents and operators, you will be working with people with complex needs and provide effective case planning support. This includes identifying opportunities in local outreach and further support referral pathways as needed. This role will require you to frequently travel offsite to various accommodation locations to delivery the outreach service.This position is a Full Time Fixed Term (Special Projects) funded position until December 2020.
