This role will be responsible for effectively coordinating, administering and monitoring operational and project delivery tasks. Within this role, you will also be coordinating logistic arrangements between participants and ensuring that administrative inefficiencies or roadblocks are identified and actioned or escalated as appropriate.Reporting to the IT Program Manager, this position will be a fundamental role in ensuring the smooth operations of IT services. This includes the coordination and fulfilment of IT requests outside the scope of the external IT service provider; collating information on IT service incidents for action; developing and applying asset management processes; analysing and reviewing patterns of incident reports. In terms of the Modern Workplace Project, you will be responsible for coordinating bookings and distribution of materials as well as change management and implementation activities.This position is a Full Time Fixed Term (Special Projects) role for 3 months. You will posses a service-based approach with a solutions focused mindset to deliver exceptional client experiences. Your written and verbal communication skills will be of the highest standard, including well developed interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders effectively.
