The role involves engaging with residents and operators in a supportive and educational capacity in COVID 19 preparedness. As a Clinical Team Member, you will proactively assess the infection prevention and control processes and outbreak management plan to ensure any identified gaps are effectively addressed to meet COVID safe practices requirements. You will be involved in active case finding including case management of any positive or close contacts as identified. Working closely with the Social Support Team Member and Clinical Lead, you will play an active role in health promotion and engaging with residents to understand COVID safe routines.
